Never send passwords, full payment-card details, API keys, or other security credentials in a support request.
Common help topics
Reset a password
- Open the LossVault sign-in screen and select Forgot Password.
- Enter the email address used for your LossVault account.
- Open the secure reset link in the email and choose a new password.
- Return to LossVault and sign in with the new password.
Finish pending photo uploads
- Connect the device to a stable Wi-Fi or cellular connection.
- Open LossVault and keep the app active while pending photos upload.
- Check the job photo library for pending, uploading, or failed status.
- Use the visible retry action if an upload reports a failure.
Request account or workspace deletion
- Open Settings in the LossVault iOS app.
- Choose the applicable account or organization deletion request.
- Submit the request and complete any ownership verification requested by support.
- You may also email support if you cannot access the app.
Report a security concern
- Email support with Security Concern in the subject line.
- Identify the affected account, workspace, report, or approximate time of the event.
- Do not include passwords, payment-card details, API keys, or other credentials.
Billing and report access
LossVault does not collect payment-card information in the iOS app. Billing profiles and payment methods are managed through the LossVault website. Contact support if the app reports that your billing profile or report eligibility needs attention.

Email support@lossvault.com, or open the iOS app and go to Settings > Contact Support.
Include the following when it is safe and relevant:
- The email address associated with your LossVault account.
- Your organization or workspace name.
- A short description of the issue and any visible error message.
- The approximate date and time the issue occurred.
- A screenshot that you are authorized to share.
Support requests are reviewed as they are received. Response and resolution times vary based on request type, verification requirements, and issue complexity.
LossVault does not determine insurance coverage, claim eligibility, settlement value, or insurer obligations. Users are responsible for reviewing their content and sharing it only with authorized recipients.
